"We had water dripping into our bedroom after snow, and the problem was failed flashing where the dormer meets the roof.
They fixed it properly, replaced the damaged underlayment, and explained exactly why it wouldn't happen again. No leaks since."
Mike & Jennifer, Lincoln Park
"Our gutters were pulling away from the house and water was pooling in the yard.
They installed new gutters with proper pitch, added downspout extensions, and directed water away from the foundation.
Turned out water was getting into the basement—that's gone now."
Robert T., Pilsen
"I own a couple of rental properties and need contractors I can trust with tenant issues.
When we had a roof leak, they assessed it honestly and didn't oversell the repair.
They communicated clearly with me and the tenant, which kept everything smooth."
